Our 2022 virtual New England Minority Nurse Leadership Conference, “Innovative Strategies For Rebuilding The Nursing Workforce,” was a tremendous success. This annual conference was a unique and exciting collaboration between eight New England Chapters of the National Black Nurses Association, National Association of Hispanic Nurses, and the National Association of Nigerian Nurses in North America, CT Chapter.
