2021 Conference

Our 2021 virtual New England Minority Nurse Leadership Conference, “Institutional, Systemic, and Structural Racism: The Effects on Nursing Academia, Clinical Practice, and Patient Experience,” was a tremendous success. We want to thank our speakers, moderators and conference sponsors. This annual conference was a unique and exciting collaboration between nine New England Chapters of the National Black Nurses Association, National Association of Hispanic
Nurses, Cape Verdean Nurses and the National Association of Nigerian Nurses in North America, CT Chapter.

Thank you to our planning committee for their time, expertise, resources and commitment throughout the year as we pivoted to an online platform. 2021 has been a challenging and unprecedented year; however, we’ve remained steadfast and demonstrated leadership agility. We hope to see you in person for 2022! Please use the links below to access the session recordings and speaker PowerPoint presentations.
