​Our 2020 virtual New England Minority Nurse Leadership Conference, “Year of the Nurse: Leading Through a Crisis,” was a tremendous success. We want to thank our speakers, moderators and conference sponsor ONL. This annual conference was a unique and exciting collaboration between ten New England Chapters of the National Black Nurses Association, National Association of Hispanic Nurses, Cape Verdean Nurses and our newest partner, the National Association of Nigerian Nurses in North America, CT Chapter.

​Thank you to our planning committee for their time, expertise, resources and commitment throughout the year as we pivoted to an online platform. 2020 has been a challenging and unprecedented year; however, we’ve remained steadfast and demonstrated leadership agility.
